Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to work quickly with small, precision hand tools.
- Keep assembly team fully stocked with pre-assembled components in an organized, professional manner.
- Maintain a tidy work station.
- Transport items from warehouse to the pharmacy as needed.
- Be a team player.
- Perform other duties as directed by the department manager to advance the needs of the business.
Job Requirements:
- HS Diploma / GED required. Associate's degree is preferred.
- 2-3 Years Experience in a technical assembly setting
- Basic computer skills required.

Shift Schedule:
This is a full-time, fully onsite (5 days per week in Norwood, MA) position with flexible scheduling. While standard daytime hours are preferred, the specific schedule will be established with the hiring manager based on production needs and the selected candidate's availability. Once established, employees are expected to work their agreed-upon schedule consistently.
Notes: We are unable to sponsor work visas at this time. Selected candidates will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment background check, CORI screening, and drug screening as a condition of employment.
Pay:
The pay rate for this role is $22.00 per hour.
