Northwest Brain and Spine located in Bend, Oregon is a well-established clinic known for clinical excellence. Northwest Brain and Spine is comprised of two physicians, one Nurse Practitioner and six Physician Assistants and a strong regional reputation and high patient volume, the practice requires a seasoned Administrator who can lead with confidence, drive results, and run the business side of the clinic with full ownership and accountability.

- Strong leadership presence with sound decision-making and follow-through
- High level of emotional intelligence and ability to build trusted relationships
- Strategic thinker with operational execution strength
- Clear and assertive communicator, both written and verbal
- Highly organized, analytical, and resourceful
- Comfortable navigating complexity and competing priorities
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance, HR practices, and clinic workflows
- Proficiency in EMRs, practice management software, and Excel-based tools
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational goals
- Lead and manage all clinic staff, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
- Act as liaison to physician-owners, ensuring transparency, clarity, and alignment on business initiatives
- Oversee clinic budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
- Manage revenue cycle performance and ensure optimization of billing practices
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies
- Develop and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Represent the practice externally with vendors, payers, and business partner
- 5 years of leadership experience in a medical practice, preferably in a surgical or specialty setting
- Experience working with physician-owners and high-performance clinical teams
- Demonstrated financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue cycle understanding
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred; however, candidates with substantial and relevant leadership experience in a medical practice setting will be considered in lieu of formal education
- Experience managing teams in a high-volume, patient-centered environment
