Requirements:
• Active OR PT License (or Compact in hand) 📜
• Current BLS (AHA) Certification ❤️
• 1 Year Skilled Home Health Experience required (OASIS & Epic proficiency required)
• Full COVID-19 Vaccination (Primary series 1 Booster) required
• Personal vehicle required (IRS standard mileage reimbursement provided)
