Medlivo is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a travel job in Sitka, Alaska.
Job Description & Requirements- Specialty: Pharmacist

Requirements:
-Active, unrestricted Alaska Pharmacist License
-Pharm.D. degree
-Exception: Bachelor of Pharmacy candidates licensed before 2003 with 3 years hospital/ambulatory pharmacy experience
-Current BLS/BCLS certification
-Flu vaccination required
-Minimum 2 years of Pharmacist experience
-Hospital/Inpatient Pharmacy experience preferred
-Must live 100 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler
-Must be willing and able to complete fingerprinting promptly after acceptance
-Must be available for weekends, holidays, and call
-Experience reviewing medications, labs, patient charts, drug interactions, contraindications, and allergies
-Strong medication dispensing, patient counseling, and clinical pharmacy skills
Preferred:
-ASHP-recognized Pharmacy Residency
-Meditech experience
-Strong inpatient/hospital pharmacy background
