Job Title: Mobile Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray & EKG)Compensation & Incentives

Job Summary
We are seeking an autonomous, patient-focused Mobile Radiologic Technologist to provide high-quality mobile X-Ray and EKG services to long-term care facilities, nursing homes, and residential healthcare sites. Operating a company-provided vehicle equipped with state-of-the-art portable digital radiography (DR) equipment, you will bring diagnostic imaging directly to the patient's bedside.
This position offers high daily variety, strong clinical independence, and a supportive team environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnostic Imaging & Testing
- Portable X-Ray Operations: Transport, assemble, and operate portable digital radiography (DR/CR) equipment to perform physician-ordered X-ray examinations at facility locations.
- Image Quality & Transmission: Obtain clinically diagnostic, technically sound images and transmit them securely to Radiologists for timely interpretation.
- EKG Testing: Perform 12-lead EKGs as ordered and transmit data to Cardiologists for reading.
- Documentation & Compliance: Scan and submit all clinical paperwork, consent forms, and billing documents daily per protocol.
Logistics & Communication
- Maintain active, consistent communication with field dispatch and regional management to optimize daily routes.
- Perform routine vehicle safety checks and ensure X-ray equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
- Deliver compassionate, professional service when interacting with patients, facility nursing staff, and attending physicians.
Candidate Requirements & QualificationsCredentials & Licensure
- ARRT Certification: Active certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) [Required — Limited scope licenses are not accepted].
- State Licensure: Active, full state license to practice radiologic technology [Required].
- Driver's License: Active, valid Driver’s License in good standing [Required].
- Health Compliance: Must meet all facility health requirements, including proof of COVID-19 vaccination/booster or an approved exemption document [Required].
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
- Ability to load, unload, and maneuver portable X-ray equipment (pushing/pulling 50–100 lbs using vehicle ramps, pulleys, and facility entryways 16 to 24 times daily).
- Comfortable operating a motor vehicle safely across assigned regional routes in varying weather conditions.
