Responsibilities
- Conduct hearing evaluations and assessments
- Identify and manage hearing-related conditions
- Support students with hearing impairments
- Collaborate with teachers and special education staff
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Provide recommendations for assistive devices and accommodations
Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- School-day hours
- No weekends or holidays unless approved
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a school-based environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Education
- Doctorate degree in Audiology
Experience
- Previous experience in pediatric or school-based audiology is highly preferred
License/Certification
- Active Virginia State Audiology license
Pay: $60.00 - $74.00 per hour
