REHABILITATION TEAM SUPERVISOR
Job Description
The Rehabilitation Team Supervisor oversees and supports rehabilitation staff across all disciplines to ensure effective clinical programs, regulatory compliance, and quality patient care.
Schedule
✓ Shift: 8-hour days
✓ Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week
✓ Weekend Requirements: None
✓ On-Call Requirements: None
Responsibilities
✓ Supervise and support rehabilitation team members across all disciplines.
✓ Ensure clinical programs operate effectively and consistently.
✓ Lead and participate in facility meetings as scheduled by management.
✓ Assist in developing and implementing new clinical programs and initiatives.
✓ Monitor compliance with screening policies and documentation standards.
✓ Oversee timely completion of clinical documentation and chart audits.
✓ Ensure staff follow established policies and procedures.
✓ Collaborate with facility and upper management to support rehabilitation goals and maintain quality care.
Submission Requirements
✓ Minimum of 1 year of experience in Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), or Physical Therapy (PT) — Required
✓ Long-term care (LTC) or rehabilitation experience — Required
✓ Active professional license — Required
State License Requirement
✓ Oklahoma
Pay: $46.00 - $48.00 per hour
