Job Summary – Behavioral Health Program Supervisor:
- Seeking a Behavioral Health Program Supervisor to oversee the administrative and clinical operations of a mental health program.
- Responsibilities include supervising service delivery, supporting program staff, providing crisis coverage, ensuring quality care, coordinating program operations, and maintaining effective communication with clients, staff, and community partners.
- The role requires independent decision-making, strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage crisis situations.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
- Active Michigan LMSW, LPC, or LLP license (full license only).
- Minimum 3 years of experience treating adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
- Experience providing individual, family, and group therapy.
- Community mental health experience and knowledge of community resources highly preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, crisis intervention, and collaboration skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
Salary : $36 - $48
