The Anticipated Salary Range For This Position
$26.75 - $38.75 Hourly
The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

Job Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate Class A tractor‑trailers on defined line‑haul routes between Medline facilities while meeting schedule commitments and on‑time performance targets.
- Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and follow MedTrans safety procedures; comply with applicable DOT/FMCSA requirements.
- Load, secure, and/or exchange trailers and product as required to complete runs safely and efficiently.
- Communicate promptly with dispatch regarding route progress, delays, safety issues, and any adjustments needed to protect service and safety.
- Complete required documentation (e.g., shipping/transfer paperwork) with accuracy and maintain compliance with MedTrans policies.
- Model MedTrans safety culture, PPE use, and professional conduct; escalate hazards, near‑misses, and equipment defects per procedure.

- Must be able to meet all Federal and State requirements for the operation of commercial motor vehicles.
- Must have a clean driving record with no serious violations.
- Meets MedTrans Driver Selection, Retention and Hiring Guidelines, including successful completion of pre-placement drug test. and background check.
- Ability to operate MedTrans equipment, including different vehicle types and rentals as needed for the job.
- Professional communication skills and reliability in working with dispatch and facility teams.
