Oversee and lead operational activities to maximize growth and profitability. Provide daily leadership and management to manufacturing and operations functions.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and mentor staff through onboarding, open communication, training, and performance management processes.
- Direct day-to-day operations of Manufacturing and production process.
- Evaluate and implement procedures for a safe, clean, and secure working environment.
- Manage capital expenditures and inventory levels.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and resolve customer concerns.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Minimize business-related complaints by maintaining liaison with quality staff and facility personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain.
- At least 12 years of experience in a production environment.
- At least 5 years of experience managing people.
Additional Information
- Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes.
