This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Grand Rapids, MI. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer accounts, fulfilling customer orders, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional tasks include generating new leads, managing existing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and product knowledge.
