Responsibilities:
- Provide full-scope primary care to residents
- Conduct new admissions and follow-up visits
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements:
- Active NP or PA license in the state of New Jersey
- DEA license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical provider role
- Nursing home experience strongly preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- Highly competitive salary: $130,000–$155,000 annually
