Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable; proficiency in English is required.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers.
