Patient Access Rep

-Greet patients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive first impression

-Register patients for services by accurately collecting demographic, medical, and insurance information

-Maintain patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations at all times

-Verify insurance coverage, obtain prior authorizations, and explain financial obligations such as copays, deductibles, and deposits
