We’re seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to serve as the lead coordinator for a busy research site in Sarasota, FL. This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident working independently and wants to take ownership of day-to-day study coordination.
📍 Location: Sarasota, FL
💰 Salary: $70,000–$80,000
🕐 Schedule: Monday–Friday | Normal Business Hours
🏢 Setting: Fully Onsite
📈 Level: Experienced / Lead CRC
What we’re looking for:
• Prior clinical research experience required
• Phlebotomy experience required
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of site activities
• Strong understanding of clinical trial protocols, regulatory requirements, and study timelines
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily clinical trial activities and patient visits
• Maintain study supplies and lab kit inventory
• Ensure staff are trained on protocols, ICFs, manuals, and sponsor requirements
• Review protocols, eligibility criteria, and study timelines
• Collect and document medical histories, AEs, and SAEs
• Complete EDC data entry and resolve sponsor queries
• Oversee data quality and study timelines
• Partner with study monitors and address monitoring findings/corrective actions
• Maintain regulatory documentation, including IRB approvals, training records, CVs, protocols, IBs, and sponsor/IRB reporting
