Overview of Responsibilities:
- Independently manage multiple sponsored projects, ensuring all transactions are allowable and reasonable.
- Provide guidance to program teams regarding budget development and expenditure monitoring.
- Monitor grant, contract, and research sub-award agreements to ensure timely execution.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports including spending analysis and future forecasting.
- Communicate project status and spending progress to executive leadership and directors.
- Allocate staff effort according to awards and maintain braided funding allocations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to support internal and external audits.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external funders.
- Maintain Project Management standards to ensure all programs meet time, budget, and scope requirements.
Schedule/Shift:
- Four 10-hour shifts per week.
- Onsite availability required.
- Standard hours: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Extensive experience managing Federal grants.
- Proven background in budgets, contracts, and financial forecasting.
- High degree of personal initiative and high work standards.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Additional Skills:
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Business, or related health sciences preferred.
- Experience working with AI/AN populations (American Indian/Alaska Natives).
- Strong technical writing experience and attention to detail.
