Certified Surgical Technologist (Bloomfield, CT)

Responsibilities:

• Scrub and assist during surgical procedures across multiple specialties
• Prepare and set up sterile fields, instruments, and supplies for scheduled cases
• Work closely with a lead CST and assigned surgeon/provider throughout the day
• Assist with room turnover between cases, including cleaning and resetting OR
• Support general housekeeping duties as needed (trash removal, cleaning equipment, maintaining OR readiness)
• Pick cases and prepare supplies for upcoming procedure
• Assist with inventory management, stocking, and supply organization
• Follow sterile technique and infection control standards at all time
• Collaborate with nursing staff and providers to maintain efficient surgical flow

Qualification

• CST certification
• BLS
• At least 1 years of experience

Schedule/Shift

Four 10 hour shifts a week: 6am/6:30am - 4pm/4:30pm between M-F (one day off a week)
