Position Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented HR Compensation Analyst to support the design, administration, and evaluation of compensation programs across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare compensation practices, market analysis, job evaluations, and salary structure administration. This role will partner closely with Human Resources, Finance, and business leaders to ensure compensation programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilitie
- sConduct market comepensation analyses and compensation benchmarking using industry survey data and compensation tools
- .Evaluate and recommend salary offers, promotional increases, and other compensation-related actions to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
- .Administer and maintain salary structures, pay grades, incentive programs, and compensation policies
- .Perform job evaluations and classification reviews to determine appropriate compensation levels
- .Analyze compensation data and prepare reports, dashboards, and recommendations for leadership
- .Support annual compensation planning processes, including merit increases, bonus programs, and salary adjustments
- .Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation regulations and healthcare industry standards
- .Partner with HR Business Partners and department leaders on compensation-related initiatives and workforce planning
- .Maintain compensation data integrity within HRIS and compensation management systems
- .Assist with compensation audits, pay equity analyses, and special compensation projects as assigned
