Senior Business Analyst
Pulse Division – Supporting Braun, Medix, Demers, and Crestline
Position Overview
The Senior Business Analyst is a strategic, division-level role responsible for supporting financial optimization, operational efficiency, and the execution of key business initiatives across the Pulse organization. This position supports Braun, Medix, Demers, and Crestline and serves as a trusted advisor to divisional and business-unit leadership.
Strategic Planning and Execution
· Support implementation of long-term corporate and divisional initiatives.
· Translate strategic objectives into operational plans, milestones, KPIs, and accountability.
· Track progress against strategic priorities and prepare recommendations.
Financial Analysis and Modeling
· Develop financial models, ROI analyses, and business cases.
· Support forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and scenario planning.
· Evaluate financial impact of operational improvements.
Operational Optimization
· Analyze workflows to eliminate inefficiencies and improve resource utilization.
· Lead structured problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
Data Analytics and Reporting
· Develop executive dashboards and performance reports.
· Partner with IT to improve reporting and data integrity.
Cross-Functional Leadership
· Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT.
· Lead cross-functional initiatives across all Pulse business units.
Change Management
· Support organizational change through planning, communication, and adoption.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
· 5 years of strategic business analysis, FP&A, or corporate strategy experience.
· Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
· JD Edwards or another Tier 1 ERP experience.
· SQL and/or Python experience preferred.
Preferred Certifications
· CBAP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile/Scrum, or Project Management.
Work Environment
· Supports Braun, Medix, Demers, and Crestline with periodic travel.
