Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation, orientation, and system updates.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, including reviewing timesheets, validating data, and coordinating with finance for payroll execution.
- Maintain and update employee records, HRIS systems, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and general HR support.
- Support employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and ensuring appropriate documentation and resolution.
- Assist in performance management processes, including reviews, feedback tracking, and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with finance teams to ensure accurate payroll inputs, deductions, and reporting.
- Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee communications.
- Translate verbal and written communication between English and Spanish as needed.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and metrics for management review.
- Support training programs, employee engagement initiatives, and HR projects.
- Assist with audits and maintain HR documentation in an inspection-ready state.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support HR best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role, including payroll processing.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal) is required.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, payroll processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, or payroll systems. Preferred Experience in ADP Workforce
- Prior experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments.
