Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lafayette, LA, for a Provider Network Manager. The Provider Network Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, and management of the provider network. Daily responsibilities include coordinating network operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, resolving provider issues, and optimizing network functionality. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and external providers to support operational efficiency and enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Network Administration and Network Engineering
- Proficiency in managing network performance, scalability, and reliability
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to proactively identify and solve issues
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with providers and team members
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of Louisiana NEMT
