As a Territory Sales Manager (TSM), you are the face of Medit in your assigned region—responsible for driving scanner sales through strong dealer relationships, frequent in-field collaboration, and exceptional product knowledge.
This role goes beyond managing leads—it’s about building dealer advocacy, expanding local market share, and creating meaningful connections that grow the Medit brand in key cities.
Key Responsibilities
Dealer and Channel Growth
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for regional dealer partners, ensuring Medit remains top-of-mind through regular in-person engagement.
- Execute regional business plans focused on dealer collaboration and local activation events (lunch & learns, study clubs, CE programs).
- Work with the Inside Sales and Clinical Success teams to create synergy between virtual demos, lead follow-up, and field conversions.
- Identify new local partnerships and high-potential accounts to increase scanner penetration in target markets.
Sales Execution & Market Strategy
- Manage the full regional sales funnel—from dealer pipeline development to successful install.
- Use CRM (HubSpot) to track opportunities, share updates, and maintain visibility of all in-region activities.
- Provide field-level market intel to influence Medit’s product and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with your Regional Sales Manager to align regional objectives with quarterly and annual revenue goals.
Customer & Dealer Enablement
- Deliver in-person and virtual presentations showcasing Medit’s digital dentistry solutions, tailored to each dealer or clinician’s workflow.
- Partner with the Training and Clinical Success teams to ensure post-sale satisfaction and customer confidence.
- Represent Medit at regional trade shows, CE events, and product launches to strengthen local brand presence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Logistics, and Operations to execute regional promotions and dealer incentive programs.
- Share dealer feedback and success stories to help refine Medit’s sales approach and strengthen strategic partnerships.
- Uphold Medit’s culture of teamwork, accountability, and innovation—acting as both a brand ambassador and trusted partner to your region.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in dental or medical device sales, or a background as a Dental Assistant / Hygienist with sales experience.
- Proven track record of sales growth through dealer or channel relationships (not direct-only).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Adaptable, self-driven, and passionate about advancing digital dentistry.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and travel regionally up to 50%.
