What You’ll Do
- Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and safety
- Identify drug interactions, allergies, and duplicate therapies
- Supervise and support pharmacy technicians in dispensing medications
- Communicate with physicians, nurses, and caregivers about medication therapy
- Conduct drug regimen reviews for new patient admissions
