As a server, you will play an important role in creating connections between members and guests while maintaining a great work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include demonstrating genuine hospitality while greeting and servicing members and guests throughout the club, delivering exceptional dining experiences through menu knowledge, and stocking and maintaining restaurant equipment and storage areas. Additionally, you will be responsible for keeping serving stations stocked with ice and soda and setting up and breaking down bar and restaurant areas.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively with a team, and possess a true desire to satisfy the needs of members and guests in a fast-paced environment. Previous serving experience is preferred, but not required. You must also be available to work nights, weekends, club events, most holidays, and club blackout dates. Food Handler and BASSET certifications are also required.
