Medina Meadows is looking for an organized, dependable Scheduler to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain daily and monthly nursing schedules

• Ensure appropriate staffing coverage for all shifts

• Coordinate call-offs, replacements, and open shifts

• Work closely with nursing leadership and staff

• Monitor staffing needs and minimize agency usage

• Maintain accurate scheduling records

• Communicate schedule changes clearly and promptly

What We're Looking For:

• Long-term care scheduling experience preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable and detail-oriented

• Knowledge of staffing requirements and scheduling practices
