Responsibilities Include:
Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document residents’ health status and responses to care
Communicate with residents, families, and the care team professionally
Assist in supervising STNAs and contributing to quality care delivery
What We’re Looking For:
Current, valid LPN license in the state of Ohio
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach to resident care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
