Job Responsibilities:
As a Dietary Aide, you will:
Help prepare and serve meals that meet residents' needs and preferences
Deliver meals to dining areas or resident rooms
Wash dishes, sanitize work areas, and follow cleaning schedules
Follow portion control, dietary restrictions, and food safety standards
Work collaboratively with the dietary team and nursing staff
Ideal Candidate:
Dependable, positive, and team-oriented
Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen setting
Willing to learn and grow in a healthcare environment
Previous dietary or food service experience is helpful but not required
