We are a premier long-term care and rehabilitation center dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our facility, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with all regulatory standards.
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operations of the facility, ensuring high-quality resident care.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Manage and develop staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost control measures.
- Implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Build relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and employees.
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Qualifications:
- Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) certification in OH.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Due to the challenging nature of this position, 5 years of experience in nursing home administration or long-term care leadership.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and healthcare management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, staffing, and facility operations effectively.
