Location: Territory-based in Medina, covering Akron/Cleveland and the surrounding area hospitals
Schedule: Full-Time
We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven External Marketing & Sales Liaison to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong referral relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, and community partners to drive census growth for our skilled nursing and long-term care facility.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience required; healthcare liaison or similar experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience working directly with case managers, physicians, and skilled nursing referral sources in a customer service and marketing capacity.
- Working knowledge of skilled nursing and long-term care services.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field with measurable goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and other referral sources.
- Represent the facility in the community with professionalism and a strong customer-service focus.
- Identify new referral opportunities and execute strategies to increase admissions.
- Provide education to referral partners regarding facility services, capabilities, and patient care offerings.
- Collaborate with internal leadership to ensure smooth referral and admission processes.
- Track and report referral trends, outreach activity, and marketing performance.
