Duties
- Perform comprehensive auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and structural alignment using advanced tools and techniques.
- Conduct auto painting using paint spraying equipment to achieve flawless finishes that match factory standards.
- Utilize MIG welding, soldering, and other welding techniques to repair sheet metal and structural components.
- Fabricate custom parts or modify existing components through metal fabrication processes to meet specific repair needs.
- Replace auto glass, repair or replace damaged trim, and perform auto glass installation with precision is a plus.
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively for disassembly, assembly, sanding, detailing, and finishing tasks.
- Ensure all repairs meet safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and quality benchmarks while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
- Proven experience or extensive background in auto body repair is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in MIG welding, soldering, sheet metal work, and fabrication techniques.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and auto painting equipment including paint sprayers.
- Experience with auto restoration projects or classic vehicle repairs is a plus.
