Pre-Roll Department Employee
Starting Pay: $16.50 – $18.00 per hour (depending on experience)
About the Role
We’re hiring a Pre-Roll Department Employee for a fast-paced, clean production facility. This is an entry-level position focused on producing high-quality pre-rolls. No prior experience is required we train the right people. The most important qualities are reliability, the ability to follow directions, and a willingness to learn quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Fill, weigh, and pack pre-rolls to exact specifications
- Perform quality checks for weight, appearance, and consistency
- Label and package finished product according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
- Follow all standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines
- Assist with inventory tracking and basic production documentation
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Requirements
- Reliable transportation (must be able to get to work consistently)
- Strong reliability and punctuality — consistent attendance is essential
- Ability to absorb information quickly and follow written and verbal directions
- Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks
- Willingness to work in a clean, controlled environment and wear required PPE
- Basic attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Full-time role in a fast-paced, clean production facility. Full training provided.
Compensation
$16.50 – $18.00 per hour based on experience.
