What You'll Do
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
- Obtain and document vital signs, histories, and patient information
- Assist providers with examinations and treatments
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Coordinate patient care and followup appointments
- Educate patients on treatment plans and provider instructions
- Assist with clinical procedures and room turnover
- Ensure exam rooms are stocked, clean, and prepared
- Support a positive patient experience from arrival to discharge
- Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification preferred
- Strong patient care and communication skills
