Medical Front Desk Specialist

At Medicus Spine & Joint, the front desk is more than answering phones and checking patients in.

This role is critical to the patient experience, clinic organization, and daily operational success of the practice.

We are looking for someone energetic, hospitable, detail-oriented, and dependable — someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming environment while handling responsibilities with professionalism, urgency, and accuracy.

The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, solutions-focused, highly organized, and understands that every interaction matters.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome patients with professionalism and compassion
• Manage patient scheduling, checkin/checkout, and intake coordination
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Answer phones and communicate clearly with patients and providers
• Help keep providers and clinic flow organized throughout the day
• Troubleshoot issues proactively and professionally
• Support administrative and operational responsibilities across the office
• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure an exceptional patient experience
