About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, relationship-driven Influencer & Partnerships Manager to lead and grow Medicine Mama’s doctor and creator programs. This person will own our doctor partnership community — managing relationships, sending product samples and education materials, and ensuring our healthcare partners have everything they need to confidently recommend our products. In addition, this role will manage influencer gifting and paid partnerships — from sourcing and negotiating to creative briefing and payment — and play a key role in executing community and brand events (with light travel, ~10 days/year). This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic communicator who loves building authentic relationships, thrives on details, and understands the power of partnerships in shaping brand love.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with doctor partners.
- Send product samples and education materials to healthcare partners.
- Ensure healthcare partners have the necessary resources to recommend products.
- Oversee influencer gifting and paid partnerships.
- Source and negotiate partnerships.
- Handle creative briefing and payment processes.
