This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Pharmacist located in Chattanooga, TN. The Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for providing care to patients, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. Daily tasks include conducting medication therapy management, compounding medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. The role requires thorough knowledge and application of pharmacy practice and medicine.
Qualifications
- Pharmacy Practice, Pharmacy, and Pharmaceutical Care skills
- Knowledge and application of Medicine and Compounding
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or equivalent
- Valid pharmacist license in the state of Tennessee
