We provide comprehensive, fee-based Medicare consulting services to individuals evaluating their options. Our clients—primarily ages 64–70—rely on us for clear, personalized guidance during an important life transition.
We serve clients in all 50 states through scheduled phone consultations, detailed written reports, and ongoing support with questions and enrollments. Our approach is highly personalized and relationship-driven.
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, career-oriented individual to join our team and be trained across all aspects of our business. This role goes beyond the basics—it involves developing expertise in Medicare, supporting clients through complex decisions, and contributing to a high-quality client experience.
Over time, responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming client calls and providing clear, accurate guidance
- Preparing follow-up emails summarizing client conversations
- Documenting and organizing detailed notes from client interactions
- Assisting in the preparation of comprehensive Medicare reports
- Researching unique or complex client situations
- Supporting clients through the Medicare enrollment process
This is a full-time, on-site position in Mason, Ohio.
No travel, no evenings or weekends required.
Compensation will be competitive and based on experience and qualifications.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PDF tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Some experience in the health insurance or Medicare industry preferred
- Professional, dependable, and able to manage responsibilities independently
