Commission = $100 per enrollment
- Average enrollments per agent = 40 per month (480 per year)
Salary Commission first year = $60k ($100 * 480) = $108k per year
Top sales agents in our organization sell 100 to 150 policies per month!

Preferred Candidates have:
- Over the phone sales experience
- Active Accident and Health license
- Clear criminal background and clear credit history
Job responsibilities:
- Sell Medicare Advantage Plans, Medicare Supplement Plans, and Medicare Prescription Drug Plans over the phone. (We will train you on these products and you'll be mentored by our top sales agents.)
- Explain plan features, advantages, and disadvantages of various Medicare plans.
- Perform a thorough needs analysis on prospects.
- Meet sales goals.
- Understand and abide CMS rules and regulations (we will teach you)

We pride ourselves on consistently partnering with top performers. Our average full-time sales agents did over 200 enrollments during open enrollment (AEP). That is averaging 4 submitted applications per day per agent.
