What are the responsibilities and job description for the Non-Certified Nursing Assistant position at MEDICALODGES INC.?
Job Summary:
Completes non-direct care tasks as assigned by the RN or LPN.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make beds, remove trash and tidy rooms.
- Answer telephone and greet guests.
- Pass hydration and snacks and document if applicable.
- Serve drinks and meals in the dining. Remove dishes and clean tables in the dining areas following meal service.
- Provide one on one observation as assigned.
- Assist with facility activities.
- Stock nursing supply items in supply areas and resident rooms such as briefs, wipes, personal care items.
- Providing a comfortable, orderly and clean environment, as well as, inspecting, cleaning, and monitoring equipment and supplies in order to provide resident safety.
- Answering call lights in a timely fashion.
Job Qualifications & Skills:
- Good customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Basic computer skills
