Minimum Qualifications:
- Certification in good standing as a Medical Laboratory Technician MLT(ASCP) with the American Society for Clinical Pathology (preferred) or equivalent required.
- Recent graduates with an Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology may be considered.
- Must obtain certification within one (1) year of employment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.
- Experience with advanced laboratory techniques and instrumentation.
- Familiarity with electronic laboratory information systems (LIS).
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests on various biological specimens.
