We are looking to hire a reliable candidate for each clinic OR one candidate who will work between our Lansing and Jackson Clinics.

Pay structure:
- $15.00/ hour Base Salary
- Sales Commission

Consultant Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consult with prospective patients to shape a MWLC program to their weight goals based on their needs.
- Motivate patients during daily visits. Provide individualized guidance to maximize benefits of their program.
- Educate patients on company products that will enhance their success.
- Assist clinic manager and staff with daily tasks for optimum clinic performance.
- Can work independently without directive.
Consultant Qualifications:
- Must have a genuine interest in weight loss and nutrition and be passionate about living a healthy lifestyle, as well as maintaining a professional appearance that reflects lifestyle choices.
- Possess active listening skills to develop customized strategies for individual patient needs.
- Be able to deliver outstanding customer service and offer quality guidance while being sympathetic to the patient’s needs.
- Be goal oriented and motivated to achieve goals.
Clinic hours of operation:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Tuesday/Thursday 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
Saturday 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
*Must be available every other Saturday*
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
