Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with clients, promote our waste disposal solutions, and contribute to the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

In this position, you will work 40 hours per week, days, Monday through Friday. Some days you will be in our office making calls and doing administrative work, other days you will be out meeting potential clients. You will receive a base salary of $50k plus commission and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Be a hard worker
• Possess a drivers license and a good driving record.
• Experience communicating via phone, texting, emails, and in person.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively and professionally.
• Proficiency in using the internet and typing. Experience with CRM software is preferred.
