Job Title: Medical Assistant JT
Requirements:
Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Monday through Friday)
Type: Full Time and Temp to Permanent/Hire
Start Date: ASAP
Hourly Pay Rate: $15-$17 (depending on years of experience)
Specialty: Dermatology
Summary: Assistance with vitals, medication verification, allergy verification, stocking, rooming patient, assisting with refilling prescriptions with pharmacies, bedside assistance with surgical procedures, sterilization, data entry, and pre and post-op duties.
Other Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent with a Medical Assistant Diploma
Skills: Customer service, surgical skills, pre-post op skills, data entry, ability to multi-task, pay close attention to detail, and work at a fast pace.

- Must have at least one year of recent paid experience working as a Medical Assistant (certification or registration is not required but is a plus).
- Must have an MA diploma and at least one year of paid experience working as a Medical Assistant.
- Surgical experience in general and/or cosmetic surgery or Dermatology experience required.
- Biopsy experience a plus.
