Job Overview

Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine care needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including injections and IV therapy.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team promptly.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatment plans, and post-operative care.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, including ICD-9 coding for diagnoses.
- Participate in health coaching initiatives to promote wellness among patients.
- Assist in the care of diverse patient populations, including infants, toddlers, seniors, and those requiring emergency medicine.
Skills

- Proficiency in Patient Assessment techniques
