Pediatric Occupational Therapist Opportunity

I am currently recruiting for a full-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist opportunity with a highly collaborative interdisciplinary practice in Pasadena, CA.

This is a great opportunity for an OT who enjoys working closely with children and families in a relationship-based, neurodiversity-affirming environment. The practice provides comprehensive care through collaboration with professionals across multiple disciplines, including mental health, speech therapy, educational therapy, and psychology.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatric populations and a strong interest in sensory processing, emotional regulation, child development, and supporting neurodivergent children. This role includes providing evaluations, therapy services, caregiver coaching, school collaboration, and developing individualized treatment plans focused on helping children participate more fully at home, school, and in the community.
