Office Assistant - Hospice

Medi Home Hospice, a division of Medical Services of America, Inc., currently seeks a Full-Time Office Assistant for our Hospice Office in Scottdale (Westmoreland), PA.

Job Description

· Maintains current patient lists and daily census.

· Answers the telephone and directs calls appropriately.

· Maintains files and forms.

· Opens all mail and distributes to appropriate staff.

· Orders supplies, and maintains office equipment.

· Greets visitors

· Monitors office reports.

Qualifications

· High School Diploma or GED required.

· Basic computer knowledge required.

· Minimum of 1-year previous experience preferred.
