We are seeking a reliable and professional Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Driver to provide safe and timely transportation services for patients requiring non-emergency medical care. Responsibilities
- Safely operate mobility equipped commercial vans to transport patients.
- Pick up and drop off clients at designated locations such as medical facilities, homes, or care centers.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including heavy lifting or mobility assistance when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of vehicles to ensure safety and comfort.
- Communicate effectively with clients, healthcare providers, and dispatch personnel to coordinate schedules and address any concerns.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during transportation duties.
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and vehicle maintenance reports as required.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, CPR Certificate preferred.
- Exper in mobility transportation services is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting passengers or handling equipment.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics to ensure vehicle safety and operational readiness.
- Excellent customer service skills with a compassionate approach toward clients requiring medical transportation.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to providing safe transportation services in compliance with all safety standards.
