Duties
- Assist chiropractors during patient assessments and treatments, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Maintain knowledge of anatomy and physiology to effectively communicate with patients regarding their treatment plans.
- Provide excellent patient service by addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient records, and other administrative tasks efficiently.
- Utilize medical terminology accurately when documenting patient interactions and treatment notes.
- Prepare treatment rooms by ensuring they are clean, organized, and equipped with necessary supplies.
- Educate patients on proper techniques for inhalation exercises and other therapeutic practices as directed by the chiropractor.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology is preferred to assist in patient assessments effectively.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for accurate communication within the healthcare environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on providing outstanding patient service.
