Job Summary
Medical Professionals is seeking a Biomedical Equipment Technician to support and maintain medical equipment, including CT scan systems. This is a great opportunity for someone with technical or hands-on experience looking to grow in the healthcare equipment field.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and support medical equipment, including imaging systems (CT)
- Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs
- Assist with equipment upgrades and certifications
- Ensure equipment is functioning safely and efficiently
- Document service and maintenance activities
- Support team with technical tasks and equipment setup
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 year of experience working with biomedical or technical equipment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with tools, equipment, and systems
- Good communication and documentation skills
Nice to Have
- Associate’s degree in biomedical equipment, engineering, or related field
- Certifications such as CBET or similar
- Experience with imaging equipment (CT, MRI, etc.)
Schedule and Pay
- Location: Nashville, TN
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (No weekends)
- Pay: $32–$33/hr
- Hire Type: Contract (potential for hire)
