The Corporate Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the office while presenting Coventry in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, callers, representing the company with a polished and professional demeanor.
• Maintain a friendly and outgoing attitude
• Oversee daily office functions to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Utilize strong phone and email communication skills.
• Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Balance and prioritize various tasks and requests from different departments efficiently.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
• Assist other departments with projects as needed.
