Job Summary
Medical Practice Management Services is seeking an experienced Medical Biller with strong end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience. This role supports both primary care and specialty medical practices, managing claims from charge entry through payment posting and denial resolution.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced with accounts receivable follow-up, and comfortable working with multiple payers including commercial insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid.
This is a full-time hybrid position based in Hayden, Idaho, with a combination of remote work and in-office collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full revenue cycle including charge entry, claim submission, and payment posting
- Submit clean claims to commercial and government payers
- Perform insurance follow-up and accounts receivable (AR) management
- Research and resolve claim denials, rejections, and underpayments
- Process insurance and patient payments accurately
- Monitor aging reports and payer turnaround times
- Submit and track claim appeals when necessary
- Work with providers and staff to resolve documentation or coding issues affecting reimbursement
- Utilize payer portals and billing systems to track claims and payments
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and billing accuracy
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of medical billing experience
- Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management (RCM) processes
- Experience billing primary care and specialty services
- Experience with AR follow-up and denial management
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding related to billing workflows
- Experience with practice management or medical billing software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple payers and claims efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a medical billing service or multi-provider environment
- Familiarity with payer portals and electronic claim systems
- Experience improving clean claim rates or reducing AR days
Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours per week)

Pay: $22.18 - $26.12 per hour
